Services gives you ways to manager your Eye-Hound player account. The registered informations are reserved to the use of the concerned Services and cannot be provided to third parties. In accordance with Articles 39 and following of Act No. 78-17, 7 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, any person may obtain and, where appropriate, correction or deletion of information about him, by contacting Counterwinds's customer service.

In order to use our Services, we may be led to collect the following information :

Personal information such as your name, your email adress, your password, your gender and your language.
We may receive data about your exact position (such as GPS data from your mobile device) or information that allows us to determine your approximate position (such as the identifier of a GSM). The geolocation data is not transmitted or stored by the Services.

Specific mentions related to forums and discussion rooms

A moderator can delete any contribution which would not be in accordance with the editorial line of the website or which would be contrary to law.

You have a right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data related to you. You may, at any time, request that your contributions to these forums and discussion rooms to be deleted.
